It started with Marietta's father, a land developer in Buffalo. She grew up on his job sites, then spent 26 years selling homes herself — and Scott grew up in her open houses, wondering why there were empty board games and fake fruit. This business isn't new to either of us. It's the family trade.
Marietta has seen nearly every scenario — longtime family homes sold, new builds from dirt, multi-family and vacation-rental investments — and built the skills, systems, and partnerships to navigate them all. Her job is to make the process feel seamless and strategic, from the first conversation to closing day.
Scott came to real estate by way of high-tech engineering for NASA, humanitarian work, and community building in Boulder. Now he's learning the craft from the person who taught him everything else. You get her experience and his energy — on every deal.
