Real estate has always been in my DNA. Growing up, my father was a developer, and I found myself immersed in the industry from a young age. I began my career in 2000 working with a custom home builder, helping clients design and build their dream homes. That experience — paired with my own passion for helping people transition to the next chapter of their lives — became the foundation for a real estate career that's now spanned over two decades.

Since moving to Colorado from Buffalo, NY in 2014, my husband and I have made Erie our home. Whether I'm playing pickleball, biking for coffee with friends, hosting community events, or watching hot air balloons rise over the neighborhood, I love being part of this vibrant, growing community.

What sets me apart as an agent is experience and process. Over the years, I've helped clients with everything from selling their longtime family homes, to building brand new ones, to investing in multi-family properties and vacation rentals. I've seen almost every scenario — and more importantly, I've developed the skills, systems, and partnerships to navigate them successfully. My grandfather started a land development company in Buffalo. My mom's put in 26 years selling homes. I grew up in open houses — so this business isn't new to me, it's what I've known all my life.

Before real estate, my work spanned high-tech engineering for NASA, humanitarian work, and building community here in Boulder. The common thread? Figuring out complex systems to make people's lives better. I bring that exact mix of analytical precision and heart to helping you navigate one of the biggest investments of your life.

In my free time I volunteer as a mentor to teens, venture deep into the mountains on multi-pitch climbs to some of the highest summits, write and publish poetry, and am spearheading a community garden project with over 100 members in East Boulder. The outdoors taught me tenacity, commitment, and bravery. The volunteer work gives me an even greater sense of hope and joy for the future.

And I'm not doing this alone — I'm learning the craft from the most experienced person I know. Working alongside Marietta means every client gets two sets of eyes: her 26 years of scenarios, and my drive to catch every detail.
